Terms & Conditions: Guarantees
9-Day Installation Guarantee
The 9-Day Installation Guarantee applies only to eligible signage projects.
The 9-day period begins once the agreed deposit has been received and cleared in the Provili Signs bank account.
This guarantee does not apply to:
- Illuminated signage
- CNC-routed or CNC-cut signage
- Fabricated or welded signage
- Custom 3D signage
- Projects requiring council, landlord, building, or engineering approval
- Projects requiring permits
- Variations or design changes requested after approval
- Delays caused by supplier lead times or material availability
- Delays caused by weather conditions
- Delays caused by restricted site access
- Delays caused by third-party contractors or trades
If an eligible project is not installed within 9 days, Provili Signs will provide a credit of $100 for each business day beyond the guaranteed installation date.
The maximum credit available under this guarantee is limited to the total value of the signage project.
Provili Signs reserves the right to determine whether a project is eligible for the 9-Day Installation Guarantee.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your completed signage, you must notify Provili Signs within 7 days of installation.
Provili Signs will work with you to resolve any concerns. Remedies may include adjustments, replacement, removal of the signage, or a refund at the discretion of Provili Signs.
If signage is removed as part of a refund or satisfaction claim, Provili Signs is responsible only for the removal of the signage that was supplied and installed as part of the original project.
The removal of signage may result in cosmetic changes to the installation surface, including:
- Screw holes
- Adhesive residue
- Silicone residue
- Paint variation
- Surface markings
- Minor wall, panel, or substrate damage associated with the removal process
Repairs, repainting, patching, resurfacing, and restoration of the original installation surface are specifically excluded from this guarantee and remain the responsibility of the property owner.
This guarantee does not apply to damage caused by misuse, alterations made by third parties, accidental damage, vandalism, or normal wear and tear after installation.
